I'll eventually get there!
I started exercising more seriously in the beginning of 2011. But then, some unexpected and worrying things hapenned in my life, and I had to take some time off from exercising. In August/2010 I twisted my knee, and went to three different doctors. The first one told me I should go to an orthopaedist, and I did it. The second one told me I had goose's foot tendinites. The third one told me that I had tibial edema. I started to practice exercises in order to increase the muscles around my hurt ...

In August/2010 I twisted my knee, and went to three different doctors. The first one told me I should go to an orthopaedist, and I did it. The second one told me I had goose's foot tendinites. The third one told me that I had tibial edema. I started to practice exercises in order to increase the muscles around my hurt knee. But the pain, although intermittent, was always there. Until one of my gym's personal trainers told me to go to another orthopaedist. This one went right on the target: he found out I had fractured the subchondral bone of my right knee. Now I'm having phisiotherapy and beginning to diet again. But I have a feeling that this time things will be different! :)

1- Exercise at the gym every day. 2- Clip my pedometer on my waistband when I wake up, and keep track of my steps during the entire day. People say it works for weight loss. Let's see...
