A little less conversation, a little more action:)
Ohhh, just screwed up yesterday and ate a lot more than I am supposed to. Well, I had had a few drinks, it being Saturday and all. And I had suppressed a huge urge for chocolate for a week. I gave in and munched my way through a couple of bars, cheese and guacamole. Three weeks on the diet, and I had to have chocolate. Oh well, I know that there is room for this kind of think on SP, so will continue tomorrow. Today, I will eat normlly (if I ever did) and then on with it again. It ...

It was all brough on by actually not losing weight for 10 days although I followed my diet. Not good for morale, but I will kick right back. Weighing in tomorrow. Wish me luck. Yikes.
