Welcome to the Goonies! Walking is a terrific way to lose weight when you are first starting out. Make a goal to walk 10 minutes everyday. Invest in a good pedometer and never pass up the opportunity for free exercise (park your car further from your destination, use the stairs etc) It is very difficult at first, but it will get easier!
