Living, Learning, Losing!

Life is a journey of our choosing. We choose the path, the intensity, and our own motivational points. Two events in 2007 have made me revisit this belief and decide on new paths and new motivations. A severe motorcycle accident on Labor Day was the first event. Altering my hectic and very active lifestyle to one of pain and adjustments. In November I was diagnosed as Type II Diabetic and had to sit down and take a hard look at my goals and priorities as well as my personal health issues.

Hi Sue,
Just checking in with you to see how your week is going and to give you a quick update on mine.
Me and my husband ended up walking last night but we walked with the dogs for five miles so I think it was a productive session.
I have stayed in my Spark ranges today and already have dinner and an evening snack planned out. I think we are going to try and go to the gym tonight since it is open late and we have some errands to run before hand. I hope I can jog on the treadmill for about an hour.
I have met my goal for week which was to exercise every night and stay in my spark nutritional ranges. I already knew I would blow tomorrow off so I am now not going to feel guilty emoticon

Have a greyt weekend!

Molly

Hi,
Skippy does love walks. He is so much healthier than I am. Thats a good thing. I had a golden retriever that I loved and helped through some tough spots but I had to give her up to a young man on o farm when I married Joe. He has terrible allergies to long hair dogs.
Take care
