Hi Sue! How is your first week going? Have you been having good OP days? Are you finding it easier to stick with it? Stop by my page or visit the team and let us know how you are doing. ~Heidi~
Hi Sue, Just checking in with you to see how your week is going and to give you a quick update on mine. Me and my husband ended up walking last night but we walked with the dogs for five miles so I think it was a productive session. I have stayed in my Spark ranges today and already have dinner and an evening snack planned out. I think we are going to try and go to the gym tonight since it is open late and we have some errands to run before hand. I hope I can jog on the treadmill for about an hour. I have met my goal for week which was to exercise every night and stay in my spark nutritional ranges. I already knew I would blow tomorrow off so I am now not going to feel guilty
Hi, Skippy does love walks. He is so much healthier than I am. Thats a good thing. I had a golden retriever that I loved and helped through some tough spots but I had to give her up to a young man on o farm when I married Joe. He has terrible allergies to long hair dogs. Take care 3097 days ago
