I've been a member of Sparkpeople since August, 2003 and have been yo-yoing for too long. I'm now changing my focus from weight to fitness. The scale shows a number which is only one aspect of health. I want that number to go down, but it will do that automatically if I attain my fitness goals. I want to be fit and healthy, regardless of the number on the scale.
