Well, I have been on SP for about 2 weeks now. I have lost 3 lbs!! I think it is the logging of the food that has helped me the most. I still have a long way to go, but I know I can do it with the help of SP!

My Goals:
Be ready for a bikini by JUNE 7th, 2008.

My Program:
I have been working out with a trainer and doing cardio on my own. I have been sick and VERY busy this past week and have slacked off. Even if I don't make it to the gym I have been doing at least 100 crunches a day, calf raises, and tons of yoga stretches. I feel so much better about myself with just a little bit of activity added to my everyday routine.

Personal Information:
I am from TEXAS! I love food (especially sweets). I love dogs, especially weiner dogs! I have been married for two years (3 in November). I am a choir director and love to sing, read, shop, and spend time with friends and family.

Other Information:
Spark people will help motivate and encourage! They rock!!

I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Hi, Gretchen! Welcome to SP and to the SP Class Mar 16-22! Trust the SP plan and you will soon start seeing the results you want! Have you checked out the Vegetarian Meal Plan option in the Nutrition tracker? There are several other vegetarians on the team...maybe you could share ideas and recipes! Be sure to strength train. That will really help with losing inches and gaining a beautiful shape! Muscle is beautiful...I'm just discovering that! It's good to have you on the team! Pauline
