I am here to track my food and fitness. I eat out way to much during the work week, its just way to easy when surrounded by tons of little fun delis and restaurants. I all ready track fitness at work, but since i'm able to do it here too, why not?

My Goals:
*Eat as healthy as i can when eating out at lunch.
*Get my daily source of vitamins & minerals through food sources and not pills.

My Program:
Tracking my calories to see how many i actually eat since i eat out a lot.
I am most concerned with getting enough vitamins and minerals through food not through pills. Its is better for your system to absorb these nutrients from natural sources.

Personal Information:
I am a Health & Wellness Director at a local gym. I have a BS in Exercise Science.

Hi there and welcome to the pilates lovers club! So great to have you join us! I'm also sure you'll find everything your looking for with sparkpeople. I was shocked myself when I really saw how many calories I was consuming, as I USED to eat out alot. Not no more, lol! Anyway, great again, to have you join us in the love of pilates!
