SparkPeople has been the catalyst to many triumphs in my life, most notably losing weight, getting fit, running marathons, and finding my inner athlete. I've been off SP for a while now but I've decided to come back and because I know it's the only way to get myself back on track! Here's to summer 2012!

Eat 1400 calories each day, the right way!

*Run 25-35 miles each week
*Strength Train 3 times each week

*Work out as hard as I can every single work out...100% effort 100% of the time!



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Connecticut, then moved to Houston, TX right out of college with my BFF and now I live in Memphis, TN. I am married to a wonderful guy and we have two smart, adorable children. I am more fit now than I have ever been in my life and SP played a huge role in that!
