Yoga's not for everyone. I actually have had pilates recommended to me (which has been described as "yoga on steriods"), and I can't stand it! *lol* But I've always been super flexible so it's not surprise I'd like yoga...it's something I've been able to do no matter what my size.

Find what makes you happy and go for it! :)
