It's a new dawn, It's a new day

This isn't the first time that I've started a spark account but I've always fallen short by using the "all-or-nothing" mentality and as seeing the change as a diet of something to get through rather than a move to a healthier lifestyle.

My Goals:
Short-term:
1. Start training for endurance swim
2. Build strength training into my workout routine

Medium-term:
1. Complete 10lbs in a term challenge
2. Bring more fruits and veggies into my diet

Long-term:
1. Take part in endurance swimming race
2. Lose 60lbs
3. Be more self-confident


My Program:
Cardio:
2x a week 30 mins swim (Wday)
1x a week gym training (Wend)

Strength:
2x a week use gym
machine and free weights
1x a week complete at home.

Nutrition
Drink between 8-10 glasses of water a day

Start introducing veggies into my diet via healthy eating challenge.
