My Goals:
My goal is obviously to loose weight! But I'm also trying to motivate my hunny to loose weight too.

My Program:
Home based exercise and cardio (I loath the gym).

I'm trying to cut down on junk food but I LOVE buttery shall be my downfall.

Hi, Sweetie! Love your profile name--and your picture! What a cutie you are! Congrats on your weight loss so far. That is great--as I know the closer you are to goal, the harder it is to take off those pounds. So hurrah for you!

Glad you like my Snoopy pic. I have fun messing around with the graphics. With no artistic talent whatsoever it feels good to be able to at least manipulate images. I do a lot of that on another site I visit. But since art is rather limited here, I just change things when I tire of them.

You are much younger than I am so you obviously haven't encountered problems digesting popcorn yet. Afraid I have, so that is NOT my downfall. However, like your other visitor here, bread and pies --uh, and cookies--and donuts are a big temptation for me. I was very disappointed to learn I can still succumb to those urges, but, heck, gotta learn how to control 'em. That's what this is all about for me. Moderating those "But I NEED A COOKIE--oh maybe just one more" kinds of issues that easily turn into binges for me.

Photos help. I thought I looked so good at my birthday dinner (I am not photogenic, but geesh, they were so telling)--but when I saw the photos, I was very disappointed. I can see progress, but I still do not like who I see in those pix. And that realization is keeping me honest--and pulling me back to my plan whenever I stray too far.

Hi Christina, I saw you on the Daily Weigh in page, and noticed that we are the same weight right now. I have been at 145 lb for about 3 weeks, so I would LOVE to see 140 lb some time soon! I exercise at home too, and I am not a fan of the gym! Buttery popcorn, eh! My downfall is pie since I can't say no to a nice piece of pie, and bread is a problem too, since I love toast and jam! Have you tried some of the low fat microwave popcorn? I like Orville Redenbacker's (spelling?) light popcorn, and it is pretty low in calories, but tastes really nice. Anyway, I am with you every step of the way as we inch our way downward! Have a great day, Danni
