I was told by a tarot reader that I would be living a totally different life in 7 years. Here we are, approximately 7 years later, and she was right. I look back and have to laugh. I was in a miserable job, left that to pursue my passion of travel. I was in the process of getting 'me' back when I met my man. I was living a healthy lifestyle, including yoga 5x/wk & running. I found out I was pregnant, and gained approx 70lbs (which is normal in our family). 6 months after our son was born, we found out we were pregnant...twins... 1st pregnancy weight hadn't come off, and well, I was HUGE. The kind of huge where my son could hide under my belly when I was standing. My boys were born on Valentine's Day last year. Mom & Tots bootcamps only caused more set backs because I was impatient to lose the weight. I kept injuring myself by pushing my limits too early. My body needed to recuperate on it's own time. I started Pilates in January, and it has been the best thing. I finally have strength. Now, I am ready to get out of my shell (literally).
