Recommitted to Health
In 2010, I lost 41 pounds with Sparkpeople. In the summer of 2011, I hit a snag in my personal life and by the time 2012 rolled around, I had gained 14 pounds back. I determined enough was enough and I have at least lost the 14 pounds that I had gained back. I haven't been able to work out as much as I wanted because of some lower back issues. I have to get back on track and lose my last 25 pounds, tone up and lose the jiggle. So here I am again hoping to regain the "spark"!

My Goals:
Lose 30 pounds Tone Up Run 5k in summer
My Program:
I am on a 1200-1500 calorie a day diet. I try not to deprive myself of the foods I like, just in moderation. I work out at the YMCA 3-4 times a week doing Body Step and Body Pump, sometimes the TM walking.
Personal Information:
I am a single mom from Minnesota. I work full time as an administrative assistant. Part of the reason I have secretary buns, lol. I have an amazing 14 year old daughter who I am trying to teach healthy living, I think she is doing great. She does dance and goes to the Y with me a lot. My hobbies are photography,working out, nature, etc. My new favorite pasttime is going to the gym and blowing off steam.
