My Goals:
Get on a healthy eating plan; build back up to hiking activities; buy smaller clothes! Currently doing a 30/30 hooping challenge with my children. Loving the hula hoop!
My Program:
Trying to cut waay back and be more reasonable with my eating. Trying to cut back on meat, and starches and really up my veggies. Starting with small activity goals, but right now trying to make sure I'm getting in a minimum of 30 minutes/day of ANYTHING active (in addition to walking to work when that happens).
Personal Information:
I live in La Crosse, Wisconsin with my wife and two awesome children.
Other Information:
I'm an assistant professor in "Therapeutic Recreation" - trying to practice what I preach!!! I love day-trips/short travel, state parks, hula hooping, tubing down the river, swimming (when I'm not too self-conscious to put on a suit), and thrifting/yard sales. Strangely enough, I sell vintage neckties on-line, but never ever wear a necktie...
