Doing it for me

With a family history of obesity I have long struggled with my weight. I am active, and very interested in eating healthy. I have a positive outlook and body image.
I know what I should eat, but I find myself eating the wrong things because it is easier, cheaper, tastier, or i eat tooooo much- too often.
I want to feel good - more energized and fit.
I need to make my health an important focus so I can get better, faster, stronger ;)

Ooo, Florida! How fun! Goodbye snow, hello sun. I'm doing. My boyfriend is in Iraq until June so that's been a bit hard, but all in all I'm doing well. We'll be moving to CA when he gets back. Goodbye desert hello ocean! Hehe

It's funny how easy it is to fall back into old routines isn't it? For me I find that I have to log in at least once a week to track my food just to make sure I'm not making serving sizes bigger than they really are. Over time though it gets easier. For the past oh...3 weeks or so, I've been writing all my food down in my planner and then entering it when I get home. Most of the time I'm right where I should be and it's really helped me to not rely so much on logging food after everything that I eat.
