so i let life get in the way of my healthy lifestyle, it was just a downward spiral , .. not anymore.. im serious , i need a change, i want a healthy lifestyle, i want a better and brighter future, also a career, im a EMT in boston , and i want to be at my best, so i can preform at my job...
baby steps, a little at a time, things dont change over night...
so i figured i would approach this 20lbs at a time.. so my ticker is at 20lbs intervals... when i hit that i change my ticker... alittle at a time.. :)

short Term Goal:
*to keep motivated to continue diet and exercise, and keep a postive out look on everything

Long Term Goal:
*To lose 90 lbs..(its def intimidating.. but im up for the challange )

Lifetime Goal:
*to change my unhealthy lifestyle habbits and live a happy, healthy life, with lots of energy
