silver lining..... positive thoughts

so i let life get in the way of my healthy lifestyle, it was just a downward spiral , .. not anymore.. im serious , i need a change, i want a healthy lifestyle, i want a better and brighter future, also a career, im a EMT in boston , and i want to be at my best, so i can preform at my job...
baby steps, a little at a time, things dont change over night...
so i figured i would approach this 20lbs at a time.. so my ticker is at 20lbs intervals... when i hit that i change my ...
