I restarted my weight loss journey on September 13, 2013. I have been successful at sticking to it, and changing some of my lifetime patterns. I love the look on my boys faces when they compare "old" pics to the "new" pics.

My son is getting ready to graduate high school and go off to college. I promised myself that I would look better in his graduation pics than I did in his homecoming pics.

I am an indie movie junkie. I love offbeat books...mainly biographies. I feel passionate about giving back to the community and striving to help others. If your beliefs make you be mean to people to support them, then they really aren't all that great of beliefs...are they?

I did I did! I put in apple, orange, spring mix and tomato with 8 oz of water. Made a little more than 16 oz and was pretty good, the next day I added celery in too. We went away after that and I haven't used yet this morning, but I do like it. :-)
