Consistency is Key!!

Hello!

I am married to a wonderful man, my best friend of more than 25 years, and we live on the Oregon coast. So beautiful here...we feel truly lucky. Our son is grown and we are empty nesters! :) I enjoy working out (also with hubby sometimes), reading, the arts, traveling, decorating, and healthy cooking.

I've been working out consistently (4 - 5 days a week) since October 4, 2014. I've been "stuck" in the 150's and would love to see the 140's soon!

I use Walk Away The Pounds dvds, strength training dvds, resistance band, dumbbells, and kettlebell. Hubby and I like to hike and kayak which is fun!

I was really into WATP but I did it so much that I needed a change, so Zumba is my new favourite exercise to do. Good to have a variety of exercises available to change up the routine to keep the body guessing. I will do Leslie's workouts sometimes for something different. She makes me laugh and I loved working out with her and her groups. emoticon

Oh you haven't been selected yet. I see you've been working out with Leslie's dvds... which one is your favourite to work out too? For me, it was her 4 Mile Super Challenge Walk and her 5 Mile Boosted Walk. Right now, I am into Zumba dance fitness for beginners. I am really enjoying the dance fitness exercises. Keeps me more interested and motivated than the other exercises I have done.
