Getting Healthy In My Mid Forties 2012

My plan for 2012 is to be healthier with food, exercise and meditation. I will be 46 in June and want to get healthier and stay that way.

I would like to ultimately weigh 125 and have a toned healthy body.

Friday weigh ins:
5/11 ~ 136
5/18 ~ 133.2
5/25 ~ 134.6 (oops, going wrong way, rough week)
6/01 ~ 134.4 (at least I didn't gain ~ wasn't very active this week)
6/8 ~ 135.6 (have had migraines all week, so no activity at all)
...
