It's July 12, 2017. I weigh 138 pounds and have 6 years of maintenance under my belt. I'm just a few weeks away from my first Olympic length triathlon, and when it goes past Eric's apartment, he and the kids will be cheering me on. I can still chicken fight with Adam on my back, despite his adolescent growth spurt and I'm lifting heavy three times a week to maintain that strength. I grow ever more comfortable wearing my bikini at the beach. I've successfully completed my first year at WHEELS. I have learned how to manage my time being a workaholic, living in a family again, and still protecting time to eat and rest and workout and do "me" things.

Working on graduating from the assisted pull-up machine to a plain old bar. Learning ballroom dance and ice hockey.
Sewing a wardrobe that fits my goal weight body.
Selling my house, finalizing my divorce, and starting my life over in New York.

A monthly challenge on my super supportive SEM team: a fitness goal, a nutrition goal, and a geeky goal.
And weekly accountability with my X-Weighted Cruisin' for Losin' team.
