My goal is to live a healthy lifestyle.and be fit..

My Program:
 I have lost 90 lbs in 3 years simply by portion control. I have cut nothing out of my diet I just eat less of everything.

Personal Information:
I am 60 years old. I have 1 daughter, 3 grandkids and 1 greatgranddaughter. I live in Ontario, Canada.

Other Information:
 I read romance stories and biographies. I do a lot of knitting. I also do crossword and jigsaw puzzles.

Welcome to the 50+50 TEAM. We have been waiting for you and glad you finally found us. We have so many SPARK friends fron Canada and other parts of the World. Always space for more.
My name is Mary (MARLOCK), live in Tacoma, WA, have 5 children, 12 grands, and 13 greatgrands (I think, it gets a bit hard trying to keep up with them). As a matter of fact, March 28th a ggdaughter was born, 3 weeks and three days ago a ggson was born (WHO THEY HAVEN'T EVEN NAMED YET!), and last week another gdaughter called to say she is also expecting. Lord, sometimes I think they all think there's some kind of a contest going on over who can keep the gkids coming. I praise you for the fortitude to lose your weight simply by learning portion control. We all KNOW about portion control, but YOU found the 'Stick To It' so many of us weaker souls cannot grab onto, or hold on to once we have grabbed it. When I said, "We've been waiting for you," it just may be you ARE someone WE have been needing. Hmmmm. I look forward to getting more acquainted with you as we see you 'around the boards.'
