Deb go to your spark page and click on Edit My Spark Page. Scroll down to your profile picture and under it click on Change Profile Picture. A square will come up and it will say use one of your pictures or browse ours. Browse theirs and all of these different pics will come up. Find Lost 15 Pounds with Spark People and click on it. It should show up as your prfile picture. Be sure to scroll down and click on Save Changes. Hope this is explained well enough for you to understand it.

Thank you for commenting on my Fast Break Goals blog. I'm in week two and loving it! I'm with you, I too want to be a health nut when I grow up emoticon emoticon

It feels great to accomplish every little thing! I'm psyching myself up to include some type of exercise in my routine every day.
