Wow, it's August 20th! Where does the time goes? Guess I am getting older and life is going faster. LOL
Stopping by today to wish you a wonderful week. I am hoping I can stay on track better this week. Last week I went to Wendy's—I had a burger and fries which put 3 extra lbs. on me. And you know, I didn't think it really tasted that good. I learned my lesson like I usually do, I learn the hard way.
I want so much to be more active this week. But my body has other plans—I have to walk with my walker. My hip is inflammed because I blent down too often to pick things up. When will I learn? I am don't have the same hip as I did this time last year.
Hello & happy July 1st. Wow, June is gone and I feel it went much too fast. June was a good month—lost 8 pounds!! Also, I celebrated my 4th year Spark Anniversary in June. What was your June like?
Now it's onto July. My plans for this month are:
1). Eat an anti-inflammatory diet. This includes lots of plant base foods. 2). Do exercises that keep the joints more flexible. 3). Lessen the stress in my life by taking more time for prayer & mediation. 4). Work on de-clutter of my house. 5). Make time for fun actives.
