Time for new habits

I've always been very active and love the outdoors but have poor eating habits. If I don't make a life style change I will be forced to stop doing some of the things I enjoy.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.Tring to learn new eating habits and proper portions.
Goal is to lose at least 20 pounds and to keep it off and stay active

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.
I've been eating food that are good for me, following diabetes and spark people guide lines. Exercising 120 minutes a week and doing some weight training
