Update: Now I've been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus caused by longterm acid reflux. Since that can be a precancerous condition, it's all the more important for me to get to a healthy weight.

My Goals:
I'd like to stop binging and eating compulsively, and let my body get to its natural weight. I'd like to live the rest of my life strong and healthy.

I also want to look better!

My Program:
I'm exercising six or seven days a week, doing step aerobics, kickboxing, spinning classes, and machines such as the elliptical trainer. I'm also doing strength training.



Personal Information:
I'm from Portland, Maine, and live near the ocean. I love gardening. I'm a Buddhist and a recovering alcoholic sober for 27 years.

Hi again, Thanks for the comments. I never tried the fast track if it is easier than the other I will try it tonight. I posted another thread and of course I could not do a sticky but I have found a lady in caribou and also a lady who was on this team a while ago MRSJACQUES she is in Brunswick and she likes to walk we might walk together in Brunswick or the rail trail.
