Hello, my name is Linda. I am married with two young children. I am 39 years old. This is an restart on SparkPeople, I joined a couple of years ago but became inactive. I have got back in the swing of things now that the kids are back in school. Grayson in first grade which opens up a little ME time. I am very excited. I joined WW when my son was 8 weeks old. I lost 109 pounds from the day he was born (in 13 months). Due to several tragedies which caused an insane amount of stress and chaos, I have gained about 40 lbs My lifetime weight (Weight Watchers) is 164. My lowest weight was 157 and I would love to get down to 150 and re-evaluate. I am large boned and have always weighed more than people think I do. I joined Weight Watchers again and have lost almost 21 lbs so far. Now is the time to start taking care of myself again, to put ME first and become happier and healthier for myself AND my family.

My Goals:
My first goal is to exercise more regularly, walking, riding my bike, home gym and elliptical. I have many DVD's (I love Leslie Sansone), I want to be back to 160 for my trip to Europe in August.

My Program:
Weight Watchers, drinking at least 70 ounces of water per day. Walking/riding a minimum of 2 times a week and doing some strength training 2 or 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I had a back injury with the birth of my daughter, my back is much stronger now that I have lost weight however it is starting to hurt again....I want to get back into healthy habits to ensure a healthy body.

Other Information:
There are three things in life that shouldn't get broken,
