I get most of my fitness minutes at work. I'm a Pharmacy Tech so I'm on my feet all day 5 days a week. I park in the south 40 and hike to the building, then through the building to the time clock and back to the front to the Pharmacy. I get 2 breaks and a lunch hour so it's back and forth front to back. Lots of walking. Plus the walking around in the pharmacy it's self filling prescriptions. It adds up fast!! I've had an injury so my walking is slowing down. I will have do somthing else for a few months. I will have dust off my stationary bike and ride for awhile or something.
