We have been doing more hiking adventures than anything...we would still really like to get all of the gear to go backcountry hiking, but our budget says that will be awhile. I think we are getting snow shoes for Christmas this year...and planning to try skiing too! I haven't been running NEAR as much anymore, and I think that is the problem....I do plan to do another HM this summer though so hopefully that will get us motivated to start up again.
I started a family Biggest Loser contest that runs to the end of the year. We have a pot going for the winner and it is up to $300! I don't really plan on winning that either (but the money would be nice) because I don't have as much to lose...its just great to see my family getting healthy! As a family we have already lost over 50 lbs! Not to mention, as soon as this contest is over, I am coordinating a BIggest Loser contest at our church too---busy busy busy!
