The best tip I can offer you for losing weight is to remember that it is a journey that even when you hit your goal weight does not end. Today you will succeed, tomorrow you might fail, the next day you may exceed your expectations. Grab the joy when you can, accept your mistakes and turn them into lessons learned, and focus on what you HAVE done, not on what you didn't do. Most importantly, find a program that works for you and stick with it. I haven't accomplished because I am amazing...I have lost the weight because I kept going even when I didn't want to, or felt like I had failed badly.
