My first entry was not so long ago and I have now reached LIFETIME and a loss of 117 lbs. I will not put myself in the position of having to lose it again. That is a feeling I wish for everyone. It took awhile about 3 years and many first days. But here I am. This site has had a big inpact on my attitude and my sucess. and by that I mean everyone on the site who has touched my life and kept me centered and strong.
