You asked about the points or should I say you said you don't understand them.... I am not sure I am the best one to answer this... but what I do see is when I am activily building my points (doing things that increase them) I am staying focused with my goals. The more points I get the more I am working on loosing weight and getting healthy. the past week I have not logged in as much and I have not tried as hard...they kind of go together. I can look at your page and see that your points have not increased very much and so I know I need to encourage you more. :)
