Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
Hi My name is Sheila and I am married. I use to weigh 238 pounds a few yrs ago. It has been a long journey but each day is a new day with a new beginning. I love to eat, so now making right choices is an every day thing in my lifestyle. I dont always make the best choice, but if I do not, I try not to knock myself out for it, but just pick up and keep on going in the right direction, step by step, day by day.
I have four beautiful grandaughters also. two children, one girl, who is mommy of my 4 grandblessings, married, and happy. One son, married, with no children. I love to knit, crochet, bowl, and read.
My goals is to lose this last 17 to 20 pounds.
Also to drink more water, and to up my exercise somewhat. I know I can do more than I do.
Was doing low carb for a few months, but now I guess you can call it more toward southbeach. I count calories also, and watch my sugar intake. I try not to have anything white, like potatoes, or pasta. I do eat sweet potatoes, and whole wheat pasta/brown rice, stuff like that. I exercise at least 4 days a week. Sometimes I do my stationary bike for 15 to 20 min. Sometimes I do more. Sometimes all at once, sometimes intervals. I love to walk when the weather is cooler. I do two miles usually. And that takes me about 38 min. That is about it.
I live in the NW Fl panhandle. Love it but sure miss winters up north where there is snow.
I am happily married. Two children, boy and girl . 4 grandaughters from my daughter. She is married, and I have a son that is married also but no children.
I knit, crochet, fish, read, do sodukow puzzles, and love jigsaws. I hate to exercise, but I know I have to. I have my own housecleaning business and sell avon on the side!!

Ok I have just found there is a pumpkin called Hakaido ( I think that is how it is spelled and I think it is the same in english as danish) anyways, if u cut it down like fries and bake them in the oven with a bit of salt they are close tasting to french fries and so u get like a kinda fake fry without all the carbs cuz it is a veggie, just thought u might want to check it out and try it . Well if u do let me know how u like it, Love ya.
