CURRENT - No more double chin :)

Me as 168.8 lbs today. Size 12 in jeans (don't know what the dress size would be?).

BEFORE - my highest weight just last Fall. My motivation to lose weight!

Perfecting the OUTSIDE
I'm a full-time college student [20 credits this quarter]. Which means more stress & anxiety, and less time to be as active as I'd like. So I take the opportunity to exercise at every chance possible. (Thank you 5th parking lot located FAR away from the school & countless flights of stairs!) I've been overweight my entire life, and recently went up to being morbidly obese (195 lbs and no exercise). Between the Fall of 2012 and Spring of 2011, I dropped 25+ lbs of fat. I stopped exercising and slowly saw my weight creep back up to nearly 179. I've been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs or so for the last few months, and I just recently (09/23/11) broke into the 160s. While I know I'm supposed to be between 135-145 as a healthy weight for my goal, my main goal weight right now is 155. Once I get there, I'll decide if I'd look better if I were even lighter. I'm a friendly person and very supportive! Add me if you'd like. (: I'll try to be as faithful to this site as possible, but I can't always guarantee I'll be on here 24/7. I do have school. Eh, gotta take the good with the bad, huh? :)

Get down to 168: I've been stuck at 169.2+ lbs for years! Get down to 165 Break through the 160s! Eventually get down to 155! Make it into a solid size 10 jeans in women's by Oct 24th 2011!

Other Information:
I've been good about treating myself emotionally, mentally, and intellectually. Now, it's time to love the outside of my body and give it the beauty it deserves.
