My Goals:
My short term goal is to get back into the habit of exercising every day. To eat only when I feel hungry and only until I feel comfortable and not stuffed

My Program:
Exercise 2hr/day
eat a healthy, well balanced diet

Personal Information:
I am originally from Ohio, grew up in Colorado Springs, went to Nursing School in Oklahoma, met and married husband. Moved to Little Rock Arkansas 37 years ago. Have 3 children, and 6 grandchildren

Welcome to our team! Do you dare to be your BEST? You know it will not be easy. Think about how much more energy you'll have to play with your grandchildren!! Do not let aches and pains set you back in any of the challenges. Modify them as you need and I'll give you extra tips wherever needed. You have to promise to work to your BEST and you WILL SUCCEED!! Listen to your body... pain is a good thing, it's your body telling you somethig is wrong, so change your activity appropriately. Discomfort is good to work through. NEVER PAIN!!!

Pic. are good of your house and family. Remodeling isn't it the pits. We did that and are still doing it. We lifted our house and put a whole new basement in. Just when we thought we were going to retire we did this so will have to work a few more years. Like your page.

Looks like you are on your way. Wish I could say the same. I seem to be stuck. Lose 2 - gain3, lose that, etc.etc. Our goals are very much the same. I'm currently 188 and wish to be 128. I am 57, my husband of 39 years is 65. I wish I looked as good as he does. You can go to my Sparkpage and check out our photos.
