To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goal is to weigh 120 or less.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .

I have new part time job this summer in a oil & vinegar shop and I like it and the young (35) owner. I work less hours than last part time summer job and it gives me more summer! Last two years I would work full time but summer only. I will work almost full time in Aug but its a one time thing owner getting married and going to Italy.
