To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goal is to weigh 120 or less.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Terri, thank you for stopping by. Being positive is the key. Never get very far being negative. The moon is just beautiful. There is s going to be a lunar eclipse, I think around sunrise, I am going to be up for it. Probably make for a great positive experience. or at least unique. Always love it when you stop by. I am doing better now. It was just a one day thing apparently. We were taking a great walk when my stomach suddenly got upset. I suffered with that and aches and pains for the rest of the day, but today feel back to normal.
