To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 58 years old. I have been married for 38 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Terri Hope you have a great weekend. Gina & the boys are coming for a week tomorrow. Always fun to have the kids and grandkids visit. I am counting work days only so I have 3 days a week left for total of 15 days. Yeh!, hoping when I retire to have more time to spend working on me and this healthy lifestyle. Marge
