To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 58 years old. I have been married for 38 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Thanks Terri. That is a beautiful area. Never want to be near that nettle ever again though. I am fine now but it did take me about 3 or 4 days to stop itching. Glad Riley was not with us, he would have been right in that stuff. Hope you have a great week
Happy November. Hope all is well. Goals are being met and busy with lots of projects I have been wanting to do. Loving that I have the time to enjoy doing these projects. Not on computer much these days, too many other things to do and don't need to waste time on computer. Have a great day and keep sparking. Marge
