To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goal is to weigh 120 or less.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Final weigh in is this Wednesday. I am pretty sure I'll hit my goal. I just have to behave for a few more days.
I'm glad you are enjoying swimming, but watch out for those sunburns. I burn so easily, but the pool I go to is an inside pool. I just have to be careful on my walks and while working in the yard.
I thought we were still waiting for our blackberries to ripen but I found out today there have been many ripe ones. George has eaten them, though. After he confessed, he brought in a bowl of cherries, grapes, and blackberries.
Our son, DIL, and grandpuppy will be here Thursday-Sunday. Our focus these next few days is on yard work and cleaning the house. We are looking forward to seeing them.
