To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .
Glad to hear life is getting back to normal for you. Things going good here. My Fitbit is still acting up, not always recording or locking up and losing time. Sad how expensive it was and it doesn't work right. I am going to email them about it. Marge
Thanks for commenting on the picture. I want to hold her, too. We are going down there around April 22. My DIL's parents are arriving today for two weeks, and then they need a break from company. We like the idea of seeing her then, when hopefully things have settled down a little and maybe she'll be more responsive. No matter what, it will be fun!
