To get healthy by eating right, exercising on a daily basis and losing weight along the way. My short term goal is to get to 130 lbs. My long term goals are to weigh 120 or less and not have to take BP medication any more.
Goal met 11/7/14 No longer have to take BP medication.
I try to exercise a min. of 20 mins. daily. My favorite form of exercise is walking. I have been making healthier food choices.
I love to be outdoors. Summer is my favorite season. I love to be by the water and go swimming. My favorite thing to do is go to the pool and swim and read a good book. Ah, how relaxing. I'm 57 years old. I have been married for 37 years and have 3 children and 8 grand children .

My cold is almost all gone, with just the remnants of a nagging cough remaining. I feel fine. We have been doing so much walking, over 4 hours today alone.
I am on Azure. I took off the round when we took the big trip earlier this year, and gained a lot. I have been able to keep up this time even while traveling, and am up just a few pounds. I know how frustrating it is to gain! Have you ever tried the 28 day boot camp on here? It's nice because you can start it whenever.
