I am going to be 65 soon and am looking for a big change in my life. I have always been a yo-yo dieter and am tired of it. Time to step up and finally lose the weight. Thanks to my daughter,who found this site, I am finally going to do it. I have 5 children and 7 granchildren and I want to be able to enjoy them for along time to come.

Just got back from vacation and am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Couldn't get into the computer while I was gone, but still tried to keep on track. Will know better tomorrow when I get weighed. Had a super time, but the whole time I was gone I was concentrating on everything I put into my mouth. I am so done with being fat. I was actually able to walk down to the beach several times and went swimming. Boy was that fun and quite an experience in the waves. It is good to be back and get focused again.

My Goals:
I started SP at 246 pounds and would like to get to 160.

Have more energy to do things with my kids and grandkids

To be able to walk around the block

My Program:
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.

Exercise at least 3 to 5 times a week
cardio and strength

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Love to do crafts. Especially crocheting and counted cross-stitch. I use to do craft shows, but haven't been able to them in the last few years.
