Welcome -browze my page maybe I'll give you a laugh - or maybe a oh yeah--or maybe just a smile..
I have had this excess weight on me for 14 years now. This is the time I'll be the best weight for my age and height! Yes... After reading a few other home pages I decided to add a little to mine. My name is Joanne but you can call me Jo. I am 55 years old now. If you ask my sis Mary she'd say I was older LOL!!!- not. I am only 5'1" -very short .. Mary got me into Sparks and I love every minute of it.-the help the advice the support!! This is the Year- ...

It is 2009 now and I have passed my 1 year anniversary so thought I should update my page. I have not made it to goal yet but real close so I am happy. My last statement said one pound at a time..that's what I have been doing. I feel the best way to explain is I'm maintaining...which is okay since I only have 18 lbs. to go and soon it will be kicked to the curb and then I really will be maintaining.. woohoo! My Goals:
lose weight be my healthiest enjoy life try to inspire other people to reach their goals along with me! keep motivating all to a healthy lifestyle.
My Program:
watching my calorie intake -eating only heart healthy foods no fast foods and no fried foods. exercising 45 min to 60 min a day- strength train 15 min. everyday but a different part of the body.. drink more water-minimum of 8 glasses per day.
Personal Information:
-London, Ontario, Canada -a son and daughter-in-law first grand son was born March 21/09 named Markus! -a black lab and stray cat -love hunting fishing camping & traveling
Other Information:
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis &- Fibromyalgia but I will not let these things stop me from being as active as I can and to get as healthy as I can!
