Hi Franny Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I've been a little under the weather myself. To answer your question if I remember it right, age most certainly does play a big part in how we feel. I've never known anyone with the drive that you have. Who scrubs four walls and what ever else you did that day and still got in a ton of steps. No wonder you didn't feel good. Listen to me, you don't have to kill yourself to inspire us Sparkers. You inspire us with your emails and messages and whatever else you bring to us. Slow down my friend and enjoy life in the slow lane for a change. Keep walking but at a normal pace. Look around and notice things you never noticed before and lastly stay healthy. Hope to hear from you soon KID.
Use your smile to change the world; don’t let the world change your smile. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. Whether we allow external events to shape our lives at a core level is very much within our own control. Gratitude is an attitude that hooks us up to our source of supply. And the more grateful you are, the closer you become to your maker, to the architect of the universe, to the spiritual core of your being. People can't live with change if there's not a changeless core inside them. The key to the ability to change is a changeless sense of who you are, what you are about and what you value. We will never know all the good that a simple smile can do. Have a wonderful Memorial weekend.
