I'm getting married 07/14/12 and want to look AMAZING.

Goal One: Down 10 lbs to 215.
Reward: Clarisonic Mia!

Goal Two: Down 15 to 210.
Reward: Shellac Manicure

My Program:
I've tried a lot of different things - calorie counting, weight watchers, exercise. I've decided to try something a little more intense this time. Hopefully the 17 Day Diet will kick me into gear and help me develop the skills and habits to make eating clean a lifestyle I can stick with.

Don't forget the first 3-7 days are the toughest. It all depends on how many toxins are stored in your cells. When you start to cleanse, they are released into your blood stream faster than your liver can process them. You may have headaches, extreme fatigue even muscle pain. Just tough it out and don't cheat. One day you will wake up and feel great. No cravings, no hunger and more energy. Come and post if you need support. If you need to, just keep telling yourself that you can do anything for 10 days. I know it's 17, but 10 is the maximum it should take to feel better.
I didn't even watch TV for a week because it's one of my triggers and I eat at night when I watch it. (not anymore thought!)
