Thanks for the blog comment sis. The back is doing a little better, but it still let's me know that it's there, taunting me each day with a twinge or small spasm. Fun times. Eating less can be quite the task sometimes. I know some days I just feel really hungry, those days are the hardest ones to get through without going nuts in the kitchen!
