Thanks for the blog comment. I like weighing myself each day to monitor my progress, day to day. It helps me to make small adjustments depending on what the scale says. And since I'm pretty consistent with what I eat (usually) I know that I should see a loss from one day to the next (unless of course I have too much sodium one night!).
