Truth is, I eagerly await the blogs written by you and also King_Slayer ....And even though I am NOT doing right now what you guys are doing to improve your over-all health, I am seriously watching your progress and very much inspired to get off my arse and start doing the same.

You may have your down times - BUT - you always get back on track .... and that impresses me more than you know. YOU are my GOOD influence in life and I am ever so grateful to have found you here at SP and to have you as my cherished friend.

Thank you for this very generous gift, but I thank you most of all for being YOU!

I am talking about a trip one day to Montreal - and surely it would be my pleasure that we take a walk when I come ..... OR ....... that we go have ourselves a wondrous meal at some exquisite buffet .... and then ------------- walk off the calories afterwards. emoticon

Thanks for the blog comment sis :) You are right, they can't all be good weeks, no matter how much I wish they could! Hopefully I can get rid of that new lb and send a couple of his friends along with him!
