Hey sis, sorry to hear about your gallbladder issues. BUT, I would resist the temptation to have it removed. Dr. Michael Eades has some good information on the role of the gallbladder, why people end up with stones (too much carbs in the diet and not enough fat), etc.
Also, if you can, watch this film "Fathead". It debunks the movie "Super Size Me" and talks about how we need to eat more fat and less carbs to maintain our health. There are a few Dr.s and scientists interviewed in the film.
Thanks for the blog comment sis. It is a loss, the smallest possible loss I could get on my scale since it weighs by 2/10ths of a pound. The work is getting a little closer each day to being complete, I wish it were done already!
