Thanks for the blog comment sis. I am proud :) 9.4 lbs down this month, after a couple of years of slow gains! It was a rough week, but somehow I managed to get a small loss, not sure how, but happy that I did!

Thanks for the blog comment. I like weighing myself each day to monitor my progress, day to day. It helps me to make small adjustments depending on what the scale says. And since I'm pretty consistent with what I eat (usually) I know that I should see a loss from one day to the next (unless of course I have too much sodium one night!).
