Hey Lady! I have also had weight loss surgery! This is going to come to a surprise to you as it did to me. I'm also going into my 6th month. In month 5 I lost 1 POUNDS! I was losing and gaining the same pound over and over. I was eating about 500-700 calories a day. 4 oz protein, 1/2 cup veggies. I just start a normal diet this week eating healthy whole grains and wheat and upped my calories to 1100 and I lost 3 pounds this month I was in SHOCK!
