Thank you for your comment on my page, Peg. I always hope that there might be something in my journey that helps someone else along theirs, so hearing your comment lifted my spirits. I see that you're new here and just starting out. If you have any questions or need support, just let us know! I will say that the thing that has helped me above all has been blogging and being 100% honest with myself and others. Until we own up to what we're doing, what we continue to do, and what we hope to change we can never hope to make the positive changes we need in our lives. Good luck to you on your journey! Cling to the support and motivation you need. And NEVER forget to celebrate the positive changes you make, no matter how small.

Your plan starts GREAT! You have to be mentally and physically ready before dedicating to another realm in your life! I wish you the best of luck! emoticon emoticon
