I have belonged to SP since 2005. I have lost and gained weight more times then I care to remember. I am not going to think about the past and I want to go forward and be positive.

I revamped my page and deleted my blogs and decided to start a journal.

Updated - 5/27/2015 My weight is out of control again. I know what to do and I will do it. I eat when I am upset and that is what I have been doing.

Update 7/4/2015

I have lost 15 pounds in 40 days. I am taking this one day at a time. I want to lose at least 10 - 20 more pounds. I am going to take my time doing it, so I can keep the weight off this time. I know I will do it with the the help of everyone on SP. Thanks for all your support and encouragement.

Update 7/20/2015

I have not worked out in over a week. I have been dealing with the flu. I will wait until I get my strength back and I will start exeercising again. I am down 20 pounds now. I want to lose 20 - 30 more pounds by the end of the year. i know I am well on my way and I feel great.

Update 12/16/2015

I have lost a total of 44 pounds and I am maintaining. I have never felt better in my life. I owe it all to SP and I will be forever grateful.

Update 1/18/2016

I am starting another year on SP. I have made many new friends and I have achieved pretty much what I wanted. I love clothes shopping now and I feel much better about myself. I receive many compliments on my weight loss and I love it. I do remind myself to be humble, thankful and never to let my guard down. I never want to be where I was at this time last year.

Hi, Allie,

Thanks for your comment on my Friday weigh-in blog today. I have come to dread buffets because I always want to try everything on the table! Some of my teammates told me to only eat the extraordinary things on the buffet table. If there is a food there that I can get any day of the week, then don't eat it. That pretty much eliminates a lot of things on many buffet tables! Now to just curb the "see-food, eat it" monster!

I admire your determination. Realizing that the holidays are upon us, you are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. emoticon
NOw - do not let all of that exercise sabotage your eating habits. A friend once told me to be conscious of my decisions about eating the sweets of the season. She said make sure I only tasted the ones which were only available this time of year emoticon emoticon - not all year long. And believe me there are plenty that fit that list.
Keep up the hard work - it will be worth it!!!!
