My Goals:
To maintain my weight and exercise more consistantly.
Have to eat healthier because of hubby's Diabetes diagnosis.
My Program:
I walk when I have time and the weather cooperates. Sometimes I walk places instead of drive...to church or the mall...both places are a mile or so from the house. Sometimes when I drive, I will park far from the building I'm going to, so I can get a few more steps in.
Personal Information:
Grew up in CA, but have lived in NM for the past 20+ years.
One of the short people... 5'2" but no "eyes of blue"
Other Information:
1 husband, 2 kids, 4 grandkids and 1 "old" cat. Had 2 old cats, but the older cat died last year at the age of 17.
My screen name is what my son's kids call me.
My weightloss ticker shows my maintenance range.
