These are my goals for the 2015 5 % Fall Challenge
1. I will stay within my calorie, carb, fat and protein range.
2. I will log everything I eat, this has been a struggle lately but know I need to be more consistent with it

My Goals:
exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 120 minutes
eat more healthy cutting out more sugars and carbs
from my diet
make sure to drink my water everyday to stay hydrated


My Program:
exercising first thing in the morning after getting up. This has not been happening consistently lately and want to get back to doing this regularly. The only change I'm making is that I will not be exercising first thing in the morning on the Wii on Sundays which will be one of my rest day.
Will be working on getting back to tracking my food on SP everyday .
I don't follow any specific diet but prefer to eat in moderation rather than eliminate specific foods but I do try to avoid high fat, fried and very high sodium foods most of the time.

Mary CONGRATS on the progressive weight loss!!! Please keep it up!! I strongly feel you will on the team loss weight in the over 75 %!!!! That's totally AWESOME!!! You SHOULD be very PROUD!!

You have bought your exercise back up to 120 minutes at least 5 days a week. We are very impressed with the tremendous effort you are showing. In my blog As you read, our team is mostly over 50 years old,,,and yet most of us give our very BEST with exercise and watching our calories!! TY so much for you contribution to us being such a STRONG team!!

My husband would have laughed with your husband having fun with the scammers that is what he likes to do confuse them.I just think it is sad that they sometimes get some older person who does not know much about computers and manage to hack their computer with these scams.My daughter tends to lecture them saying "Don't you have anything better to do with your life than try and scam people,that is despicable"
