My Goals:
exercise 5-6 times a week for at least 60 minutes
eat more healthy cutting out more sugars and carbs
from my diet
make sure to drink my water everyday to stay hydrated
Be at 135 or less by the end of the Spring 5% Challenge

My Program:
exercising first thing in the morning after getting up. I have been able to get back to doing this after taking a break during Dec. The only change I'm making is that I will not be exercising first thing in the morning on the Wii on Sundays.
Will be working on getting back to tracking my food on SP everyday .
I don't follow any specific diet but prefer to eat in moderation rather than eliminate specific foods but I do try to avoid high fat, fried and very high sodium foods most of the time.

Hey Girl. Thanks for landing the plane for us today...........and so very EARLY in the morning too! I was sound asleep when we touched down and didn't even notice til now!! No wonder the plane is all empty!! emoticon emoticon

Hon,,you GO GIRL on the relay !! WOOHOOO YOU CAN EASILY DO THIS !! though it may "not be warm" its A LOT warmer than it is in ME,,,and a LOT COLDAH than it was in Denver,,,,and hon,,, hehehehe putting on my big gal pants,,, I've been outside here (ME) and doing WELL !! So hmmm if I can (I am very sensitive to temps) GETTTY ON OUT SIDE hon, if it's NOT rainin/snowin. OH I HOPE WE DO OT HAVE SNOW !!! Be so GRATEFUL ur legs will allow this,,,,I NEVER EVAH stopped smiling, being happy (They HATED THAT !!!) my self esteem never changed,,,,,, and I DO SO STRONGLY believe in MY DREAMS !!! Sop hon,,,see URSELF CROSSING that line,,,and let the rest of the body FOLLOW ON THRU !!
