I became a member of Sparkpeople in May 2007 to help me keep a record of my weight loss progress. And to use all the helpful tools to do so. I have RA and need to get the weight off of my knees. I need to rev-up my exercise and stay alert to what I am eating. I am so thankful to Spark People and my Mom for all the support. Thank you all.

My Goals:

My Program:
I walk with the Leslie Sansone One mile DVD. I will be working my way to the 2,3,4 mile DVD's. I have DVD's done by other people as well so i can do something different and not to get bored doing the same old same old.


Personal Information:
I am an Oregonian. I enjoy Bible Study, knitting, crochet, quilting, watching westerns and Christian TV, I exercise while listening to Contemporary Christian music, I have 4 wonderful grandchildren. Two here and 4 in Calif. & now I have 4 adopted grand-children which makes the total of 10 grandchildren. my oldest grandson is married and expecting my first great grandson.

Other Information:
Starting June 1, 2015 I will be working on exercise and nutrition to meet my goal.

I have learned to split up my activity that way. I count steps and they can really add up by doing what you did
